Resident information

How comments are handled

Share a concern without sharing information that identifies your household. We intend to publish only comments that have been checked and edited to remove identifying details.

What you'll be asked

County, city or general area, and comments are the only required fields. Initials, general neighborhood, last sewer bill and usage amount are optional. No full name, street address, email, phone, account number or photo is requested.

Please don't share anything you wouldn't want made public. The public posting possibility is disclosed on the form. There is no separate publication-permission checkbox.

Private review before anything appears publicly

When submissions become available, comments will be stored privately and reviewed for personal identifiers, fair attribution and basic safety. They will not automatically appear on the website. A comment reflects the submitter's experience unless separately supported by official records.

We may publish a redacted, shortened excerpt and a broad locality. We will not publish raw submission data, precise location details, private account numbers or the individual household data in our private GitHub repository.

Storage and retention

The planned intake uses a private Cloudflare D1 database separate from the public website. The retention target for raw submissions is 90 days, subject to verification of the scheduled cleanup before we open intake. An approved public excerpt is kept separately for display, but the same private removal receipt can remove both the original submission and its published excerpt.

Cloudflare may process ordinary connection and security metadata to deliver the website. Our form does not request your IP address as a field, and the planned database does not store it as part of a comment record.

How to remove a submission

After a successful submission, you will receive a unique removal receipt. Keep it private. It can be used to request deletion of the associated private submission and any separately published excerpt without providing your name or contact information.

Removal requests will be available when the secure comment system opens.

If the receipt is lost, anonymous ownership may not be independently verifiable. Please avoid entering someone else's details or another person's receipt.

Corrections and accountability

Any published resident account will remain clearly identified as resident-submitted unless independently verified. Requests to correct or withdraw a public excerpt will be handled through the review process once a secure communication channel is established.

Current status: The form and private intake are not accepting real submissions. Nothing typed into the preview is saved by this site.
